Yellow Cake plc, will be a major holder of physical uranium ("U3O8") and intends to generate value for shareholders across a spectrum of activities relating to uranium, based on the fundamental premise that the commodity is structurally mispriced in the current market (with c.75% of the world's 2018 uranium production projected to cost more to produce per pound than the current uranium spot price).
