Founded in 2009, the Group is a traditional Chinese medicine ("TCM") pharmaceutical and healthcare service group.

The group will be principally engaged in (i) the research and development of TCM specifically for pandemic diseases; (ii) the sale and distribution of TCM; and (iii) the development and operation of a network of high quality modern TCM clinics and hospitals in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
