GreenX Metals intends to create long-term shareholder value by focusing on the exploration and development of sustainable critical mineral resources.

The Company’s current focus is on the exploration of the Arctic Rift Copper (ARC) Project in Greenland with its Joint Venture partner and private exploration company Greenfields Exploration Limited (GEX). In October 2021, GreenX Metals entered into an Earn-In Agreement with GEX which will see the Company acquire an 80% interest in the Project through spending A$10.0 million over five years.
