The Company’s underlying investment driver is technology driven businesses, based on their potential future value enhancement and investment returns.

The Company’s investment strategy is currently focussed on four sectors and will likely, over time, target other technology driven sectors. These four sectors comprise life sciences, fintech businesses and assets that use fintech, impact investing (environmental and renewables) and retail.
