Meanwhile the broader economic backdrop, in which governments continue to seek energy security via home-grown green energy projects, continues to be favourable. Winshear Metals: Massive sulphides at Portsoy?
has released the results of an electromagnetic survey conducted on its Portsoy nickel-copper-cobalt project in Scotland. The survey revealed a large conductor beneath the surface at Portsoy, which Winshear now plans to investigate further. Previous drilling, for which assays are pending, indicated the presence of massive sulphide and disseminated sulphides at Portsoy, so the prospectivity is very high. The company plans more drilling in due course, as it moves towards the delineation of a mineral resource estimate. Chief executive Richard Williams, MSc (MinEx), joins Vox to tell us more.
