Northern 3 VCT PLC announces that on 27 March 2018 it purchased for cancellation under an existing authority granted by shareholders 66,000 ordinary shares of 5 p each in the market at a price of 89.9 p, representing approximately 0.07 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. There remain 89,662,373 ordinary shares in issue.
