Northern 2 VCT PLC announces that on 27 March 2018 it purchased for cancellation under an existing authority granted by shareholders 110,000 ordinary shares of 5 p each in the market at a price of 63.2 p, representing approximately 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. There remain 130,089,490 ordinary shares in issue.
