I am pleased to present this interim report covering the six month period to 31 March 2017.. The Group's net asset value as at 31 March 2017 was 96.5 pence per share, up 3.2% since 30 September 2016. As at 31 March 2017 the share price was 97 pence, giving a share price total return of 3.6% since launch.
