DFS Furniture plc, today announces that it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each on Exchange from Peel Hunt LLP pursuant to its current Share Buyback Programme, details of which were announced on 15 September 2022.. Following the above transaction, the Company will have 240,678,120 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in issue.
